First of all I would like to thanks you , all Teachers and the Management team for their Great work and encouragement.
This letter is about a miss communication between management team and me for which we could not found a solution in last 4 months.
When i came to Bangalore, i met Ms Swarna at Mekhri Circle Center.After the placement test she advised me to join model 3 and model 4 at HAL Airport Center.
I followed her advised and paid for the 2 models.The model class was expected to start after approximately 1 month in main time a asked for other short course to fulfill a month gap.So i joined Grammar class for which i paid separately. When the Model 3 began i was very enthusiastic about it.After joining the class at first day i got the feeling that this is not suitable course for me i came for second day and eventually i asked the teachers for their recommendation.They told me and also Lakshme that this is not something for me.After that they offer me ECS and accent classes in which i improved my English and Communications Skills. I tried to adjust in model 4 but the same student and same level ,which was nothing more then wasting time in my opinion.
After the recommendation of teachers , Kindly they transferred me to ECS and Accent classes as i mentioned it in above paragraph. I contacted Ms Swarna for refund of my paid amount. She told me that refund is not possible it is the role and condition of VPA,Which she never mentioned it before.In the most institutions they give you written role of admission.In my case their was nothing such like that.After that i asked to transfer it to my brother which they rejected.IF they did their job properly and informed me i have never called them for refunding or transformation and i would never wrote this letter to you.
In main time i told Lakshme to place me any class start in the VPA except diploma course,but till now they couldn't offer me more classes but just the above mentioned classes.
As a foreigner, self financed and a responsible father of two children it is not possible for me to stay for years ,for each batch which begins with the gap of months, untill my paid amount will be finished.
With great respect I request you to find a solution for this matter. I believe that it is not the policy of VPA to keep the fees of an uninformed student.

About my son he is now in Dayananda Sagar College of Management & Information Technology

many thanks for your effort , as you know after I sent my son shehabodeen before two years when i got a very good result , then i send two of my friend's sons Azam and Montaser , after that I send my Sister's sons Omer and Sulman + one before three months , really I am so glad and grateful for your valuepoint , today I want to send one of my best friend's son his name is Moad altib, could you please send me nearest batch course to send him as soon as possible, and to start making for him visa for four to five months .

I just want to say thank you for being my coach .I’ve learned a lot from you, and I am glad that, I got the chance to be coached by such a distinguished and great person.
I appreciate you being stern and letting me know what I am doing wrong along with giving my ways I can correct my mistakes. It is comforting to know that whenever I have a question you answer right away, which you know is all the time. I like that you refer to your personal work-related situations as examples when teaching a lesson along with regular course outline. I have learnt many things which will definitely help me to improve my carrier .I look forward to learn more.

Before i began I'll introduce my self,,,,,
My name is mukhtar Tuhaif,I'm from yemen,,,,so I want to tell you something about my learning in value point academy, when i traveled to India on 22 in February i have reached in Bangalore i dint know anything about Bangalore so i have met some Friend of mine,i was in a hurry because i need to stay in Bangalore six months so i told them to guide me to any institute to study English some of them guide me to value point so i started study from that time and i had powerful in value point i 'll learn I'll become the best one in my class and i remember when i Read out side value point under the advertisement (value point add value to your life)so I would have value to my life I worked hard and the best trainers were working hard with us from the beginning to the last day not just in the institute even outside when we need help any where everywhere when the last day wanted to came my heart was crying because how can i leave my second family in value point i love them so much really when i left Bangalore i cray till now I'm missing my second family i got from them alot of information about everything useful for me in my life anyway i want thanks to all teachers in value point academy they Represent the management of value point really Reputable institute.
